Free calls are for fit only. Document review, city strategy, and representation are paid. Representation starts only after accepted scope, signed authorization, and retainer.

Paid Triage Review

Notice/deadline review, risk sort, and next-step path. No city contact included.

Best for: New leads who need clarity before full representation.

Violation Rescue Starter

$750

Initial file setup, document organization, city path, and limited response prep.

Best for: Small cases with one city issue and no hostile deadline.

MOST CASES

Full Representation Retainer

$1,500

Authorized permit/compliance representation, city communication prep, follow-up, and case tracking.

Best for: Most stop-work, violation, failed inspection, and permit-denial files.

Emergency / Hostile City Retainer

$2,500

Priority handling for urgent deadlines, expanded review, inspection pressure, or enforcement escalation.

Best for: Cases where waiting costs money or the city has already escalated.

Important boundaries

  • Paid triage does not include city contact.
  • City representation requires signed authorization and retainer.
  • Permit fees, city fees, engineer/architect fees, licensed trade work, and repairs are separate.
  • TRaC provides permit/compliance consulting and process representation, not legal representation.
